The account name matches the company on the contract. We then book hotels, tickets and the vehicle. The remaining 80% is due after your first pickup, when the journey starts.
If plans change
Cancel more than 7 days before the journey starts and the deposit is refunded, minus hotel or ticket costs that have already been booked and cannot be recovered. Cancellations 7 days or fewer before departure keep the deposit.
Insurance
The agency holds 2026 travel-agency liability insurance with China Pacific Property Insurance, policy AKUM0AC10625QAAA1R9T, up to RMB 1.8 million per person for injury it is legally responsible for. It applies to you only after your name and passport number are registered. Buy your own international medical and evacuation insurance. It is not included.

Yes. Tell us which journey caught your eye and what you would change. We can discuss a different duration, extra stops, hotel preferences or a gentler pace rather than starting from a blank page.
Do I need to know my dates and budget already?+
No. A month, a rough trip length or a few places you like is enough to start. We will clarify dates, party size and priorities before preparing a meaningful quote.
Do you plan trips beyond Yunnan?+
Yunnan is our starting point and the region we know best. If your plans include other parts of China, tell us where you would like to go. We will discuss what we can arrange before promising it.
How is a custom private journey priced?+
The quote depends on your dates, route, party size, accommodation, transport, guide language and chosen activities. It will state the currency, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms before you decide. Budget ranges in the form are planning preferences, not advertised tour prices.
Is this a group tour?+
The journey is planned for your own party, rather than joining a scheduled coach group. Public attractions, restaurants or activities may still be shared with other visitors; your proposal will clarify any shared arrangements.
Can you accommodate family, dietary or accessibility needs?+
Please describe what matters to you in the form. We will check the relevant hotel, vehicle, food and activity arrangements before confirming whether they can be met.
Can you arrange a Muslim-friendly journey?+
Yes. Muslim-friendly arrangements are a standard feature on every private journey, including tailor-made routes. Tell Joy at enquiry. Hotel breakfast is generally included and you can choose suitable items or skip it. When lunch or dinner is in the quote, we arrange a halal restaurant or packed meal, or refund that meal if we cannot confirm a suitable option.
